The Cavco Idaho factory is located in the heart of the Treasure Valley 20 miles outside of Boise. Our delivery area covers the entire Intermountain West. Our cabin park model series includes the Fleetwood Creekside Cabins, Cabin Lofts, and Barebones Cabins. These homes range from simply the basic of needs or every amenity a cabin home could offer. Wheelchair Friendly plans & multiple sleeping area models make these cabins appealing for all those interested in taking advantage of the great outdoors. Cavco Park Homes & Cabins is proud to announce to Campgrounds and Dealers custom built cabins. All Cabins have been custom designed and engineered to accommodate all your needs.

The Cabins come in a variety of floor plans with standard features like spruce tongue & groove interior walls, laminate wood flooring, 10 year stained LP Smart lap siding and a colored metal roof.

These Cabins are appointed to simplify the purchasing process as most, if not all, of the items have been made standard (see Standard Features Page for complete list of standard items). Some Optional Items available are the under-cabinet AmFm/CD/Aux player, flat screen TV, alternate heating source, gas cook top and furniture packages.
