The Cavco Virginia factory is located in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Our delivery area covers the entire Eastern United States. Our park model series include the Fleetwood Forest Park, Cavco Oak Park, as well as Creek Side Cabins. Each series includes both lofted and non-loft models per plan. Creek Side Cabins come in standard cabin models including Bare Bones style, Wheelchair Friendly plans & multiple sleeping area models.
